Since July of 2006, I have been working for the French
Government Tourist Office/Maison de la France in New
York as Project Manager for their web site, http://us.franceguide.com.
One
of 24 local web sites of the Maison de la France around
the world, our objective is to promote France as a tourist
destinaton for U.S. travelers. We work with partners
such as Air France, Delta, American Airlines, the Accor
hotel group and others, as well as regional tourist
authorities for the various French regions to develop
and place on-line media campaigns. My responsibilities
include:
- Manage
production and implementation of on-line advertising
campaigns, including banner campaigns, rich media,
email marketing, on-line competitions, microsites,
key word and search.
- Day-to-day
management of our advertising agency
- Direct
sales of on-line campaigns to third-party partners
- Tracking
and analysis of site metrics.

Media placements include NYTimes.com, Boston.com,
SFBAY.com, Philly.com, Luxury Link, Shermans, SideStep,
Travelzoo, Google, Yahoo and many more.
