As an internet Consultant for the French institute Alliance française (October 2005-June 2006) www.fiaf.org, I made (among other things) videos of their cultural events and short presentations. It's a very good way to "capture" life and truth.
As a journalist-webmaster for the city of Vitry-sur-Seine (June 2002- July 2005), I made short movies about current events in the city. Below are some samples.

Sample: Daniel Aulagnier, Action-Photo

Daniel Aulagnier is a French conceptual artist living in Paris and teaching at the University of Architecture Paris-Belleville. On Tuesday, April 18, 2006 he asked everyone who entered the French Institute Alliance Française to participate in his active artistic project: Photo-Action.

Participants had their pictures taken with an object he had created, assuming the “appropriate attitude” one that metaphorically expressed their thoughts.

The exhibit of his photographs was installed in the French Institute Alliance Française Gallery on Friday, April 21. After a few days, the participants could take their picture home.
